We have a total of 40 acres. Roughly a 10 acres section, 5 acres section, 7 acres section, 6 acres section where the house and barn sit, and roughly an 8 acres section that’s all wooded. Plenty of room to allow your dog to run around free or to throw a ball for your dog. Parking and entrance to the pasture is located on opposite side of the property where the house is location. We moved here just over 2 years ago from Oregon.

Fenced yard, in Sullivan. Not a lot of shade, dogs are welcome to play in the play house. Fence does need some work, but that’s why I’m renting out the yard to pay for a new fence. Hammock. My dogs name is Violet, she’ll be kept inside while space is being used. Please pick up after your dog, BYOB.

Our property offer a fence area for you and your dog to play or train. We also have a lake, and if your dogs has a good recall, you can booked the lake for swimming.

Woods adjacent to section of National Forest, 19 acres partially fenced 4.5 ft with field/livestock fencing. Brush controlled by goats. Very primitive, water available.

This spot would be perfect for big sniffers, but also recall well so they don’t go to to far. I have 3 dogs and a cat that wonder all over the property so they will get tons of smells from that! As well as deer, rabbit, squirrels, and more!
