If interested in using the grill please ask. Trash and recycling available in driveway. Handicap access available through far left gate, but needs to be opened from inside the yard. Dog toys, treats and poop bags available in bin at back garage door.

The water is usually left ready to go, but the spigot on the side of the house is off. To use it, open the valve on the side of the house by the driveway. We are about an .25 mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in.
