Our yard is located in Scotia- Glenville, and is the best of both worlds, with an enclosed fence area, and a sprawling back yard. Pups of all sizes and ages will love to chase balls, sniff for bunnies, bird watch and roll around the grass. OPEN for Winter! Fully fenced 1.25 acres. Dog toys available in toy box located by the gate. Water bowl will be filled for every reservation. Waste bags also provided but please dispose of them off property. Wide open with traffic on one side of the yard by road but fence is secure. Off street parking at this sniff spot. Sniff Spot has cameras for everyone safety. Dogs can run their hearts out!

This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.

We have 128 acres of woods pasture and active farm land available for you to explore with your dog ! If your interested in a off leash experience without worry we have a 2 acre spot for your four legged love to enjoy without the fear of a failed recall. We just ask you stay out of the cows pasture, barn , chicken coops and do not open any gates despite what the cows might tell you ;) Our beautiful working farm is a natural environment shared by abundant wildlife deer, herons, and wild turkeys who roam the property and potentially could access the fenced area. When our Sniffspot guests are not visiting the fenced area is home to our flock of sheep. They happily do the “mowing” for us so you may notice some spots where the field isn’t perfectly “mowed” or gifts they have left behind!
