3 Acre Fully Fenced Secluded Park In English Hill Redmond

**We are finalizing renovation details with our contractor so we’ve opened the availability window for up to 7 days. The spot will be closed during the renovation.** Welcome! Our place is fully fenced with mesh wire. We have two husky mixes (who you won’t see or probably hear) who love the space and haven’t managed to find any gap in the fences to escape. Once you close the gate behind you, the whole place is for you to enjoy, including the fenced-in meadow/arena, front and back around the house. You are free to let the dogs out of your car off-leash. Most of the land is flat and accessible. There are a couple of stairs and a small slope lead to my house and the back yard. (See accessibility picture) Having two reactive dogs, I understand the significance of providing them with a safe space to unwind. We will never come out when you are here without prior communication. There are no visible neighbors or other domestic animals nearby. It’s the perfect place for the dogs to relax and decompress. I have a fully fenced yard that wraps all the way around from the front yard to the backyard. Please note the front gate is currently being rebuilt so the entrance is temporarily being blocked with a pallet (see picture). You are also able to enter through the gate in the backyard that you can access through the back alley. There is a small table and chair on the front porch that you are welcome to utilize as well as a large table and chairs in the backyard. There is also a stack of yellow chairs you are welcome to move around the yard. Both tables are equipped with ashtrays should you want to smoke (420 and cigarette friendly). You can find dog snacks and doggy bags in the ice chest next to the table in the backyard and a bowl of water next to the water hose by the table. All trash can go in the green trash bin on the side of the house. There is a power outlet by the back door as well as one on the side of the house by the black water barrel. Feel free to pick and snack on the berries growing in the backyard I just ask that you keep dogs out of my garden beds please. Private Fully Fenced Yard in Kirkland

Conveniently located next to a public trail access, and located within private property. The lawn is a mix of short grass and soft moss, this is regularly maintained and never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Fully fenced on all four sides with no low spots\gaps. One secured swinging gate at the entrance. Dedicated parking along the road just before the house and is clearly marked with a sign! The table next to the fenced area has a mailbox with hand sanitizer and other goodies, there is also a water\food bowl available. (I have a hose on the side of the house you are welcome to use) Please dispose of any used poop bags and other trash in the little blue trash bin under the table. The road next to the fenced area is privately owned, so the only people and vehicles that pass by are residents and delivery couriers but they are not very visible due to the difference in elevation. People occasionally pass by on the public trail and some do bring their pets, but it is mostly obscured from view by the trees on our property and separated by two sets of fences. Note that we are within hearing distance from a sportsman club\firing range, so at times there may be noise. Please reach out with any questions you may have!

** SAFETY - when you LEAVE the yard after your visit, please pull the gate handle hard enough so that you can hear it latch all the way shut; you should feel it click and if you push on it again it should not pop back open. A couple of times lately the gate has been wide open because it was not fully latched, and it opened back up. THANK YOU!! I appreciate it - I always look first before letting my dogs out, but it is still risky to have the gate open. 🐶🦴 ** PLEASE continue to leave a REVIEW every time you visit (even just stars!) and also please add a photo if you want to- the reviews help a lot, and I LOVE seeing the photos of all the cute dogs enjoying the yard!! ** I have the little blue "kiddie pool" out now for the summer. I also have an umbrella over the tall table & chairs on the patio. ** I have quite a big yard for this area. It is fully enclosed by a 6' wooden fence. Between the yard and the patio, the total area is roughly 3200 sq feet. I have a rockery that dogs love to run up and down, juniper bushes, a large covered and uncovered patio area, a kiddie pool in the hot weather, 2 water bowls (and a hose for replenishing the water/pool if needed), lots of tennis balls and toys, and a large perimeter to sniff! There is a bench, small table, and some Adirondack chairs in the backyard (and more chairs and a larger table up on the patio) for the humans... feel free to move them around as you wish! There is plenty of space to throw balls and toys; if you have mobility issues and cannot go down into the backyard, you can stay up on the patio and have your dog bring the ball back to you. Most dogs love to run up & down the rockery! Your dog(s) should be very tired and happy by the end of the Sniff! Thanks, and enjoy the time with your dog(s)!!

We have one Sniffspot pasture. The totally secure fully fenced Sniffspot pasture is on your left as you come up the driveway. Enter through the gate next to the American Flag. Be aware of the Alpaca in the separate fenced pasture above the Sniffspot pasture. There is also a hose at the bottom of the stairs on the north side of the building to rinse off your pup's paws if needed. **** Please note that beginning in March 2025 thru Summer**** We will be doing tree work to the left of the first field you walk through to get to the fully fenced Sniff Spot area. We won't be actively working on it while you are here. We will only have temporary fencing in the first field (on the left as you come in though the first gate) as we the continue the work however. Please keep your dogs on a leash through the first field while we are working on improving the fencing and the area if recall is not good. ** This beautiful 2-acre spot is fully fenced - 4-5' high, gates 4' high. There are potentially 2 areas that you can use right next to each other (fenced in between). Please note that the first Pasture that you come to does have an area where dogs can potentially get through and back to the gravel road. It is right inside the first gate on your right in the forest area there. The great thing is we are not near any sort of busy road. One thing to note is that my neighbor on the adjoining property has friendly, smaller dogs, and they do bark from time to time. You really can't see them all that much as there is brush, sticker bushes, and trees in between our properties. That said, you may hear them from time to time. What I find that works in quieting them up is to just walk over and talk to them. We welcome dogs that have different anxieties as well as being dog reactive and people reactive. There have been many people here with their dogs who have done just fine. There is a spigot with fresh clean well water, next to the clawfoot tub inside second pasture. We also have a bowl there for your use. We have wood for you to purchase, should you desire a fire while there. There are plenty of chairs and benches for folks to sit on.
