My pup loved running around in the shade. It was 75 degrees when we got there and it felt like 70 in the shade. If your dog is reactive to strangers and dogs off leash this might be a challenging spot because it's adjacent to a trail where at least 5 different groups or individuals passed by with two dogs. My pup does better off leash and we were able to redirect her but I know not all dogs are there yet. Keep in mind that the fence is not a privacy fence.

Absolutely AMAZING! My dog had so much fun and this was the first place we could stay the whole time. My dog does have some reactivity so we did keep him on a 30ft leash just in case, but we got lucky and didn't see anyone super close. We will definitely be coming back!

Quiet place and completely fenced. Enough room to let my 2 Golden Retrievers chase the ball and get a lot of sniffing in. Great place to get them worn out before taking them for a walk.

It was just as described, shady, private. There is a chair for humans to relax in, treats for the doggies and a water bowl. This was the first full day of taking care of a 20 month old pitbull, and he may have succeeded in pushing through the lower half of the gait if I hadn't been there, so I would recommend a 2nd latch, but otherwise it was secure and safe. I highly recommend it.!

This is a FIND!!! A perfectly-sized fenced wooded area, with very thoughtful provisions - a water bowl and jug of water for the dog (necessary, I am a newbie, forgot bowl) a chair to sit in, poop bag receptacle, even a treat jar with treats. Had a BLAST tuckering my new foster dog out with him exploring and us playing ball. Great environment and you CANNOT beat the price! I feel like she really knows and cares about dogs and she provides a great experience here. Booking again within the next 2 days here!

Easily one of our new favorites. Visited this spot at sunset and it was breath taking with a lot of charm. Huge & woodsy, clean and secure (my pup is an escape artist.) The fencing was actually more secure then most spots we’ve visited. There is a chair with a sealed jar of treats sitting out and water bowl and there were even a couple stray balls in the yard. Simba had so much room to run and play fetch and sniff around so many trees. you can see the road from the yard but it’s a good distance away which is great cause it gave my dog room for his reactivity bubble. Loved this place and can’t wait to come back.

An amazing big green space for the pup to play and explore! My dog loved sniffing the different piles of sticks and tree trunks and he he was extra challenged when we played a good ol game of “find it”. Very quiet, private, and relaxing for both of us. We saw a couple humans coming out of the nearby trail entry, plus one pup they were walking! Very respectful exchanges. Easy to access and also had water, treats, a place for poop bags, etc. We will be back!

Wonderful little area for adventurous dogs! Lots of trees and wood for the dogs to sniff, very quiet and the gate held up to a 75 pound hound pushing on it. Will be booking again and again!

Nice spot with lots of sniffing. Even for our slightly anxious dog, the fencing was great. A little glass was out there but just a piece near the fence line and otherwise was good.

Chillspot, managed by Annalise, is a great place to visit with your furry friend. My boy Teddy loved the soft earth and kicked up sprays of the earth and enjoyed it immensely. There are quite a few trees and Teddy ran around sniffing at warp speed. Annalise was very accommodating and patient. It wasn't apparent to me exactly where to enter. When I messaged her for help she immediately messaged back to help. There was fresh water & clean bowls, and dog treats too. Thank you!

I loved this spot! We are working on our dog’s reactivity so I was hoping to have a few distractions for him to work through. We saw a small on the road, and he didn’t really seem to care, but he barked at the next door neighbor who was going into his shed near a shared a fence line. We will come back when he’s a bit more confident!

Teddy, my rescued Bear Coat Shar-pei, loves this Spot in particular because he enjoys the loose dirt he kicks up after marking every tree & bush. It looks pretty dramatic, but he really likes to make the loose earth fly. I found a new pleasure myself this visit: if you sit in the provided chair and look up, it's a mesmerizing view of the tall trees against the blue sky. Lovely.
