This is a 25 acre property. I live on this property with 3 dogs, 2 horses and 2 barn cats. The Sniffspot would be the large open field as well as the wooded area which has a stream. Your dog MUST be leashed (you may use a long lead to allow your dog to explore). My horses are always out. My dogs come in and out through a dog door into one of 2 fenced in areas, so you MAY see them. If your dog is dog reactive, I am happy to keep my dog door closed during your visit. Parking will be in the barn driveway. My dogs and I enjoy this space each and every day and I would love to allow your dog to enjoy this space for their enrichment=)

Plenty of room to play fetch/frisbee for any rambunctious pups! For our water-loving pups there is a kiddy pool for them to play and cool off in (warm months only). There is a ton of off street parking, plenty of nicely mowed yard to run and play, berry bushes, roses, fruit trees and more. Scenic, shady trails are mowed through the large untamed field that spans the back of the property. Because the field is in it's natural mid-growth succession, it hosts a wide variety of plant and animal diversity. If you're also a birder like me, be sure to bring your camera!
