Hi there! My husband Bill and I have lived on our acreage for over 25 years. We've owned various pasture pets over the years so we have a lot of fenced areas that we don't use anymore. We thought this would be a fun way to share our place with other dog owners! Our goal with Sniffspot was to offer an affordable and safe place for people to bring their dogs for exercise and play, and to offer the owner an opportunity to comfortably relax in a beautiful setting. It brings us joy to share our place with other dog owners who don't have access to private fenced areas. I work as a nurse and my husband is a retired engineer. We are both hobby artists and you will see many of his home made steam-punk sculptures on the property. π I'm a painter and love to paint people and animals! Itβs approximately a 1/2 mile long from the old green shop parking area to the end of the big top pasture. The very large grass pasture at the top of the hill is edged with wild brush (and a very old 4 foot page wire fence) is all on the outside perimeter, the only open spot is the 2 front gates. But recall is good to have as I donβt completely trust fences as Iβve seen some pretty good escape artists get over much higher wooden fences. There are 2 smaller pastures at the bottom of the hill before the bush areas as well, and one side has a little bit of a pond/standing water on it. You could also see some wildlife on your walk. We hope you will consider us for your dogs exercise needs, and are looking forward to having you explore our private ranch pasture. πΎ πΎ

Better Than Home 25 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Sherwood Park
IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Barbwire fenced, country setting, 25+ acre parcel. Plenty of trails, hills, short and tall grass, and open fields. Private dog park at your convenience. We do run a Boarding Kennel. There is a chance when parking, thatβs there may be dogs in our large yard, behind a fence. We recommend keeping your dog on leash for about 1 or 2 mins of your walk into the off leash area, if you have a reactive dog. We will however try our best to work around our sniff spot guests as well.
