Description
Dog Park Rules • Your dog must be wearing a license, rabies and ID tag. • Dogs that are defined by law (O.R.C. 955.11) as dangerous dogs or vicious dogs are prohibited. • Dog owners must remain with their pet at all times. • Dog owners must be at least 18 years old to use dog park. Owners under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. • No more than two dogs per handler. • No unneutered males or females in heat. • Pick up your dog’s doo-doo and toss it in the trash. • Toys, food and treats are prohibited. • No smoking within the park. • Don’t let your dog dig holes. • You are responsible for injuries inflicted by your dog. • Please yield to all maintenance and leash dog while maintenance work is taking place. Pesticides are periodically applied to this park area. Users of this park do so at their own risk. National Trail Parks & Recreation District shall not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained in this park. Dog owners are legally responsible for their dog’s actions and are liable for any injuries caused by their dog. Dangerous situation? Call the Springfield Police nonemergency number at (937)324-7680.
