In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!
