All dogs are required to be on a leash at all times, dogs are not allowed off leash on any athletic field or other public areas. Not allowing pets to play and walk on common area landscaping. Owner responsible for picking up after pet, bag stations and trash cans are provided. Please follow all county ordinances regarding pets. Dog owners are responsible for any injuries caused by their dog(s). Dogs must wear current license tags and have up to date vaccinations. Only ADA Service Animals are allowed at any District Facilities. All Pets are always required to be on leash at all common areas. No pets are allowed off leash at any facilities unless at a designated Dog Park.

This beautiful home is located in the exclusive family neighborhood, Oxford Oaks. It is fully fenced and during the hot summers I put out a kiddie pool or I can run the sprinkler! I will have water bowls for your pups, chairs, bug spray, dog sunscreen, dog treats and lots of toys for pups! 🐶 I will have the fence unlocked for you when you come, and you can just go straight back on the (*when looking at the house) left side of the house. Please be very conscientious when closing the gate you need to slightly lift the fence gate with your foot from the bottom to get it back in to the latch. Please don’t just try to slam it in. Welcome to our Ocala Oasis! We have over an acre of shady grass to play and explore on! With our two fully fenced areas in the back separated by a gate this is the ideal place for new friendships as you can meet through the fence and then open the gate to play together when you’re ready. We have no farm animals ourselves but our neighbors do so this is another great way to temperament test your dog if you’re considering the farm life. We have a tortoise that will be brought inside before you arrive and the dogs love exploring his habitat and smelling all the smells! We have chairs and a bird feeder to relax by, multiple hoses to cool off the pups with water from our well. Fully fenced with chain link and with cattle panels in back. Very small dogs may be able to get out front gate so middle section has been modified so that our 5 pound dog cannot escape so it’s best for tiny pups. You also have access to a large, fully enclosed porch where you can watch your loved ones play outside, or bring them in for some rest and relaxation. We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
