Fully Fenced Yard with Grass and Pool near Swan and River
FIRST: We kindly ask that if you have a dog that sheds to please brush them before they swim, to help minimize the hair in the pool. This is private, central spot for your dogs to play, with lots of room to roam and swim and chase their favorite ball! It has a small grassy area which is dormant in the winter and healthy and green in the summer (please do not let your dog dig). The swimming pool is available year round, but is not heated or kept fully clean in the winter, though the filter runs daily. Have fun!

Our yard is located in a quiet neighborhood off of Catalina highway. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Catalina mountains while your dog enjoys sniffing the plants and a dip in the pool. The pool area has two loungers, patio table / chairs for the humans and clean towels for both human and canine. Plenty of bushes and a large rocky area for your dog to do their business or play with their toys on the land. Also available is a partially shaded enclosed area to enjoy on warmer days. It is a fairly small yard but fenced-in with four and a half for a fence it's about 650 square foot all together! In the front yard its around 30ft by 16.5ft give or take(more give) and then a strip of side yard that goes around to a small backyard around 13ft by 6.5 ft ! completely dog friendly and safe!
