“There's a grey deck box with toys and a cooler with water in front of the small fence once you're inside of the white vinyl fence. This is a single family house with a fully fenced in backyard. Please keep in mind that I do have neighbors with kids on one side and friendly dogs on the other side (you may hear them but they can't see you in the backyard). The entrance is to the left of the garage.”
