Interior chain link yard off limits. •Mixed terrain: shady trees + sunny grass + natural smells = sniff heaven. •Water station & hose for post-play rinse (for pups who love to dig *please no digging in the grassy areas* or run in grass). •Free parking & easy access (no city-lot chaos). •Keeper-on-site (that’s me!) to oversee safety, clean up, and welcome you in. •Bonus: if your dog is nervous or reactive, we offer a solo booking (just your dog) for a peaceful experience. Friendly owner note: As a certified dog trainer through the Karen Pryor Academy (also an IAABC member) I understand how important safe, calm play is. I monitor for humane, science-backed methods and your dog’s well-being is my priority. Camera surveillance on property, please take note upon entry. A shaded loop trail winds through trees and natural underbrush, with three laps totaling approximately one mile. It’s well suited for off-leash walks, decompression time, exploring, or structured training in a calm, natural setting. Open areas provide plenty of room for ball play or relaxed roaming, while a dog-friendly pool offers a refreshing way for dogs to cool off. For convenience, dog waste stations, a water hose, and a water bowl are provided. Each booking is for exclusive use of the property—no other people or dogs will be present during your visit. While dogs may occasionally be heard in the distance, there are none on site or in immediate proximity. This space isn’t just for dogs—it’s for their people too. The quiet, wooded environment creates a peaceful place to unplug, walk the trail, sit in the shade, enjoy bird watching, and simply watch your dog be a dog without stress or distractions. The property is fully enclosed with a chain-link fence. Small dogs or dogs that dig should be supervised at all times. Ideal for high-energy dogs who need room to roam, as well as reactive dogs who benefit from privacy, training sessions, or decompression walks. Important notes: • The terrain is natural and includes underbrush, downed trees, and some non-native plants with burrs. • The northeast corner was previously a nightclub site, and occasional debris may remain. • The house is strictly off limits. Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times and for cleanup.

2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Cocoa Florida. There are 3 areas that are all individually fenced at the back of the property. Parking is available to the east of the house. Area #1 Dogos: adjacent to the pool area and includes patio deck and seating can access from Garden area #2. Area #2 Garden: Has plants and flowers, fire pit with swing chairs and hammock, swing from tree, dig zone/ neutral zone enclosure with shade, dogo stick collection, water hose. Area # 3 Goat Zone: This area is for our livestock of goats and pigs and the largest of the 3 spaces. It is where the barn is located. Livestock will be put away so that Dogos can zoom freely. This area can be accessed from the Garden area #2 or the main Gate. The front of the property is not fenced and dogs must be on leash to access that area.
