Rookie’s sniff spot is easy to navigate to, has ample street parking, and a “Sniff spot” sign on the double gate, which is a great feature! My two dogs enjoyed the kiddie pool with water and sniffing every crevice around the yard. The host provides lawn chairs and a few shade structures for the humans.

Great little spot with plenty of amenities! Water, toys, treats, and seating. We live in an apartment and my dog is a senior citizen so she doesn’t run around like she used to, but it’s still so nice to have a place where she can be outside off-leash and explore.

Great spot, easy parking and side gate entrance. They had a a big customized welcome board up which told you where the doggy bags and stuff were which was super awesome. There was fun little activities for your dog set up such as the doggy pool and digging. I got the doggy treat scavenger hunt add on and it was so worth it i definitely recommend especially if you have an older less active dog. 10/10 would visit again!

Such an exciting yard! My dogs were sniffing nonstop. The host had a welcome message on a whiteboard with our names, and some complimentary treats!

Great size for my medium size puppy and small dog to roam around separately. Yard was as described and the bath option was so helpful to get the dirt off my puppy before going back into our car. Kiddie pool was nice touch to introduce my puppy to bodies of water! If you don’t mind dirt it’s a great spot.

We booked for an evening time and Achara was nice enough to reach out and let me know they only have their single back porch fixture for lighting the yard, which was fine for us! Appreciated the communication, and the pup lived sniffing an running around the yard like always.

The yard was perfect for our Malinois to run and play fetch and our Husky mix pup to explore. Trays were around the yard for the puppy to find at our request. They had a washing pool with water, water bowl, and chairs. We had an enjoyable time.

Thank you very much! My puppy loved it! The little pool was perfect with the sun. Even if I had toys, there is plenty available here, the area is very clean and there is shade for small breaks. Thank you! We'll come back!

This was our first time visiting a sniff spot and it was an easy in and out! Kiddie pool had water in it as well as the dog bowl. Owner let us use their trash for the dogs poop bags.

Easy to find and a good amount of space. We did hear the dogs next door barking but it wasn't an issue for our dogs They left out plenty of toys out and a kiddie pool which our big dog loved. A good space if you don't mind your dogs getting a bit muddy.

It was just perfect for my dogs . Host left the yard to ourselves which was amazing. I was able to rent 2 hour since I have 4 dogs I had to do 2 at a time . Literally 5 min from my house thinking on doing this every two weeks
