Description

Approximately 1/2 acre fully fenced with farm-style wire fencing on a total property of about an acre. Camper stored under pole barn shelter with picnic table available under the shelter. Water spigot and outdoor sink present. Multiple security cameras are present on the property.

Our backyard is a nice open area. Once you walk down our driveway to the backyard, there is a cement area probably about 15X15ft and then the yard is estimating 40sq ft by 60sq ft of grass with an area of the yard being a sandy play pen. My dogs absolutely adore romping about in the sand, they play in it for hours! We have a hose with tons of settings,closed in porch, sprinkler,porch swing, feel free to sign holes and run a muck!
