Parking is a breeze with free on-street options or our long, narrow Pittsburgh-style driveway. Our resident pup, Maple (a sweet Cattle Collie mix), will be happily hanging out inside during your visit—so your dog has the yard all to themselves! Come let your dog stretch their legs, sniff to their heart’s content, and enjoy a peaceful escape right in the city.

Hey everyone, My partner Wendy and I have a fully fenced (6 ft tall), private backyard (~1,700 sq ft) in East Liberty a few blocks from the Target and in the middle of the East End of Pittsburgh. We don’t use the backyard as much as we should, so we’re offering it to you and your pets! And our indoor cats, Binks and Tonks, will really enjoy seeing your dogs run around back there. the yard is unfenced but has a tree house on property available for use from shelter of storm or sun. there is a public trail next door that leads to many ponds and a stream. Dogs can swim in the streams as there are many pockets. there is a field next door but it is not owned. plenty of space to run around. Dog toys included. there is a small man made pond with a water feature that allows small dogs to swim. I do have ducks but i will make sure to have put away in their coop. they will not be visible. please make sure to leave them alone and do not tamper with their coop!

Near McIntyre Square/UMPC Passavant/McCandless Crossing. You may park in our driveway or on the street. Enter the backyard via either gate and enjoy! Tons of shade for hot days. - Water jug under the deck - Poop bags by the water jug - Trash can under the deck for poop bags - Bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tugs - Table and chairs in the yard and also on the deck If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs - squirrels, chipmunks, birds, bunnies and ground hogs all trek through regularly. Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around on the huge deck is also popular! Note: There is a red Mulberry tree in the yard. Mulberries are safe for dogs. The large deck has bird feeders containing safflower seed. Safflower seed is also safe for dogs. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not maintained in winter.

16 acres for your pups to explore- in Canonsburg!

We have almost 16 acres, just 1 mile from Canonsburg & McMurray. We have 3 separate pastures fenced in. One is where we plant our gardens, one is large & fenced in (but not escape proof), and one is about 1/2 acre. This smaller one is secure (unless your dog is very small or will dig under a fence) If you want your dog to be off leash we will ask you to use the 1/2 acre back pasture which has cattle fencing (you will access using a secure gate). If you keep your dog on the leash you’re welcome to walk him or her anywhere in our other pastures or in our woods. Before you let your dog off the leash, please inspect my fencing to be sure your dog will not be able to get out. Two chairs and a table are provided for comfort. A first aid kit, poop bags and a trash can are available. Water bowls (filled with clean water) and dog toys/balls will be available and will be sanitized after every use.
