Hello, my name is Dwayne, and I’m excited about the opportunity to become a Sniffspot host. I live in Windsor, Virginia, with my loyal companion, Sky. After the recent loss of my other dog, it’s just the two of us now, and Sky inspires me to create a space where dogs and their owners can enjoy peace, freedom, and playtime together. My yard is fully fenced, private, and well-maintained, making it a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs of all sizes. As a dog lover, I understand how important it is for pets to have room to run, explore, and burn off energy while their owners feel secure. 50 Acre Off Leash Training & Play - Private Dog Park In Suffolk

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Enjoy!

Large, fully fenced (wood and wire) pasture. Totally secure. Shade and sun.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
