I’m just a husky dog mom with a big fenced in backyard, that barely gets used. The backyard is enclosed by an 8-ft wooden fence, and blanketed in soft green grass. My husky has grown bored of playing by himself in the yard, so he is rarely back there. Instead, he opts to goto doggy daycare at his favorite grooming place, where he can play with other large dogs like himself. When you rent this backyard, there will be a doggy watermat for your dog to use as well, to enhance their playtime fun and cool off from the heat. And if your dog is friendly with other dogs, and you’d want them to have a play buddy…. I am more than happy to allow my puffy dog, Ghost, out to play along side yours. But that is just an open offer for a playbuddy, should you rent this space. If not, that’s perfectly fine also. After all, if you rent it, it’s yours for the timeframe purchased, for you and your dog. Poo pick-up is not necessary at this sniffspot space, and bags are not provided for it. Here, I understand that dogs tend to make piles when they smell what is left by other dogs. It activates and promotes healthy bowel movements, which is vital for a happy, healthy dog. If you’re in the area, or just passing through, and need a private little place to let your dog run/play or train, we’d be happy to to host you and your dog(s). I will try to accommodate any special needs/requests, as long as I am given an appropriate amount to time to fulfill the request/need before your arrival. We hope to see, meet and host you soon!

Nice walk trail back to a shaded Area with 3 seating areas a free rinse off area set up front where you park with off ground rise and towels provided to dry them down. For customers you can sit and watch cardinals feed from multiple bird feeding areas. Also squirrels perch set up to get close with nature. Also coming soon trail down to nature spring pond and horses with cottages. You come one with nature right outside lakeland. It is still in stages but in front there is a big fire pit and events to come. Must understand you are in a wooded area and potential for seeing wildlife is always there. Also front of property leads down to a brook that also provides a nice walking stretch with minimal traffic. In spring we have orange and tangerines to pick along the trail and several other wild fruit. I do have tenants off the tral so please stick to the trail to back of the property. Also dog dukey bags are provided to each guest plse be is cordial to others and use them if needed. And just enjoy the property.

Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more.
