HOST NOTE

There are two ditches with boards crossing them - cross at your own risk. Please stay on the cleared trails. And during tick season, I suggest that you and your dog have protection from ticks. There are PVC tick tubes throughout the property - please leave these in place. They help control the tick population, but they are not perfect. At certain times of the year, parts of the trails can be very wet. Boots and caution are recommended.

I’m a professional dog trainer and this SniffSpot is my farm property. I don’t live here (I live a couple of miles away in the town of Chatsworth). I do train my dogs on this property when it’s not booked as a SniffSpot.

As for you, enjoy being in the company of our barn circa 1840, which was featured in a local Western film in the 1970s. We have outdoor furniture for you to take it all in as you immerse yourself in the wonders of Silverton Road’s most charming home!
