Fencing details: No fence but if you go towards the red barn there is more space to run just keep the dogs away from the live stock at the very back of the property/ other side of the fence. I’ll show you if I’m here

Description

We have 5 acres unfenced so like the sides of the 5 acres have fencing. We do have a neighbor all the way in the back that does have live stock so keep an eye on the dogs. We just ask that they are fully vaccinated before they come so rabies and a shot that covers parvo to protect everyone. I think it’s the dhpp shot and if they are friendly I don’t mind bringing my puppies out to play. Park behind the red truck or behind my red car and if I need to go some where I’ll let you know :)

I have nail clippers and a grinder. Depending on the dogs temperament I may have to have you help hold the dog but I do offer nail trims

Additional rules

Just please be respectful if you have trash or recycle we ask that you put it in the correct bin. I usually open the garage and let my dogs out so if I need to wait or let them out before just text me 512-897-8042. All of our dogs are fixed and have had a rabies shot so they are good. We do have ticks so just make sure your dogs on are flea and tick prevention. With this much land and the random cats we can’t put certain things on the grass because it’s harmful. We care about our animals a ton!
