Hi! Thank you for considering Great Oaks as a welcome, safe spot for you & your pets. I am a lifelong animal lover & Master Gardener. When we moved into this home we designed the garden with walking paths, shade & sun to enjoy the climate & weather changes. As a pet owner & lover I have served as a Board Member for the Aiken SPCA. In the early ‘90’s a few of us got together & helped open The SPCA Thrift Shop, which still operating today. Later I worked as a Front Desk Volunteer at the Aiken County Animal Shelter. I have always been a trusted pet sitter. However, I recently became physically challenged & find myself helping care for special needs & senior pets.
