Private, central spot for your dogs to play, with lots of room to roam and swim and chase their favorite ball! It has a small grassy area which is dormant in the winter and healthy and green in the summer (please do not let your dog dig). The swimming pool is available year round, but is not heated or kept fully clean in the winter, though the filter runs daily. Dog owners are allowed in the pool as well. We also ask that if you have a dog that sheds to please brush your dog before they swim, to help minimize the hair in the pool. Have fun! PLEASE NOTE: Due to increased summertime pool, water, grass and yard maintenance time and costs, starting Memorial Day weekend (5/24) we'll be raising our hourly rate to $15 per hour. We'll also now be putting out a dog bowl for water (cleaned after each use) and a small cooler that will have fresh cold water (cleaned daily).

We have a gorgeous fully fenced 2 acre area for both dogs and humans to enjoy. Most of the fence is 5 feet with the gate area being 4 feet. Lush green well maintained grass. (No digging allowed please) Wooded area in the back for some sniffing and exploring. In-ground pool that dogs & humans are allowed to use for an extra fee per hour, please see extras for that. Plenty of sun and shade. Plenty of balls and toys to play with. Car limit is 2 cars, if you have an additional car you can add that on in the extra area. Dog limit is 4 dogs. If you want a doggie birthday party or something please reach out to us and we can figure that out together. Human limit is 6 total, people can be added in the extras for a total of 6. Again if are wanting more people please reach out to us. If you have any questions please don't hesitate!! :) we do make exceptions for things like doggie birthday 🎂

Private use dog park located at Bendistillery home of Crater Lake Spirits and Ablis CBD. There is a public dog park that shares a fence with the Sniffspot park. There is an old chicken coop nearby but currently there are no chickens. Stop in our tasting room for a cocktail, you are welcome to take drinks into the dog park. There is a bathroom located in the tasting room.

100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **One human per dog is allowed in the pool while assisting their dog and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. The backyard is 9500 sq ft and has 3 different areas. One is the pool area with a tiki hut, 2 is a covered area with a koi pond view for relaxing or taking shelter due to rain or heat and the 3rd area is the most popular, mostly grass area for playing fetch with your furry friend and for dogs to do their necessities. Spacious parking located directly in front of the property with gate access on either side of side.

Fenced yard with cage less swimming pool, water park sprinklers, dog bathing station and tanning ledge. Dog toys, treats, shampoo, towels and water provided. Pups and people are all welcome to use the salt water pool! Feel free to bring your Bluetooth speaker, snacks, drinks, and enjoy!

Kona (5 yr lab) and Koko’s (1.5 yr lab) Large backyard play area with plenty of room to run and swim. Pool has Baja bench. We have an outdoor gazebo as well. Please contact in advance for more info, we’d actually prefer to discuss time/length in advance because the calendar feature on here isn’t the best on our side. We have some flexibility so please message if you want to ask about a certain day/time!

This is a beautiful, quiet spot! Humans (and pups!) can spend time on the outdoor couch or roaming safely around the yard! This yard is perfect for both humans and dogs. We have lighting available for nighttime swimming, pickleball and basketball!

We have a large private fenced yard that sits in a heavily wooded area. There is a very large pool with several covered areas for shade. We do have a bee yard that has 3 working Honeybee Hives that are typically not a problem unless a dog decides to go near the hives and then the ladies will protect their house. Most dog aren’t overly interested in the hives but it must be noted that they are there and can be provoked by a nosey nose😉
