This space is not too small and not too big. A pool is present and available for use.

Private, central spot for your dogs to play, with lots of room to roam and swim and chase their favorite ball! It has a small grassy area which is dormant in the winter and healthy and green in the summer (please do not let your dog dig). The swimming pool is available year round, and is nicely shaded with a shade sail in the summer (pictures showing this will be updated soon), but is not heated or kept fully clean in the winter, though the filter runs daily. Dog owners are allowed in the pool as well. We also ask that you brush your dog before they swim, to minimize the hair in the pool. Have fun!

Private use dog park located at Bendistillery home of Crater Lake Spirits and Ablis CBD. There is a public dog park that shares a fence with the Sniffspot park. There is an old chicken coop nearby but currently there are no chickens. Stop in our tasting room for a cocktail, you are welcome to take drinks into the dog park. There is a bathroom located in the tasting room.

100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **One human per dog is allowed in the pool while assisting their dog and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator. Our yard is designed to minimize the risk of spreading kennel cough or respiratory diseases. Nestled in the heart of West Knoxville, our property features a dog friendly pool with a large securely fenced yard. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. Fenced yard with room to play around the pool. Pool has sun deck that is less than a foot deep. Two lounge chairs for humans too.

Kona (5 yr lab) and Koko’s (1.5 yr lab) Large backyard play area with plenty of room to run and swim. Pool has Baja bench. We have an outdoor gazebo as well. Please contact in advance for more info, we’d actually prefer to discuss time/length in advance because the calendar feature on here isn’t the best on our side. We have some flexibility so please message if you want to ask about a certain day/time!

I hate to have to block anyone, but there are issues with a few dog parents. Firstly, I provide poo bags, so please PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG. Secondly, I had been providing tennis balls. And I will no longer do that, as they keep "disappearing". From this point on, please bring your own. And lastly, the pool is for DOGS who want to swim. For liability reasons, NO HUMANS IN THE POOL. If you find yourself blocked, you will know why. Thank you

This is a beautiful, quiet spot! Humans (and pups!) can spend time on the outdoor couch or roaming safely around the yard! This yard is perfect for both humans and dogs. We have lighting available for nighttime swimming, pickleball and basketball!
