55This place never disappoints and the host is extremely helpful. There is plenty of shade so even though we were there until noon, the temp was comfortable for me. Of course, my dog stays in the water and never wants to leave! Many thanks to Samantha for being so accommodating with the rain earlier in the week. We will be back. It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
