Mornings are typically full sun, while afternoons offer partial shaded area to cool off after a long day. Other amenities include table with umbrella and chairs, dog toys, shaded dog shack, pooper scooper, poop bags w/disposal bucket, water bowl, water hose/sprinkler.

Hello Everyone, Thanks for reaching out! We will be happy to welcome you. There is some information for you. 1a- You can use the driveway to park your car if its not occupied. But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. Two benches are outside for your comfort, with plenty of shade, while your fur baby enjoys the sunshine. No more scouring for parking and worrying about damage to your car: easily park right in front or on our quiet cul de sac! Be the only guest or enjoy with a friend: Either way, no stressing about big or aggressive dogs possibly hurting yours. Relax and enjoy! A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished. Chairs/Swing under a shaded deck and toys, water access, for your pets! Guest Notes: Parking: Please park in the gravel pad in the front of the house - max 2 cars per visit (additional cars will be Extra) *****DO NOT PARK IN OUR NEIGHBOR'S YARD****** Sniffspot area: Area is designated to the backyard - please refrain your dogs from playing/relieving themselves in the front yard. Dog Essentials: Waste bags, trash cans, scoopers, water, toys are free to use and clearly marked. Please do not use trashcans in the driveway. Human Essentials: Feel free to use supplies (i.e. bug spray, sanitizers, towels, etc.), fan, chairs, swings, umbrellas - but put everything back in the same spot. Sniffspot Etiquette: Keep dogs leashed upon entering and leaving. Please pick up all trash and waste. No tobacco or vape products during your visit. Children: All children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents/Guardians are liable for any damage caused by children. Doggie Playdates: As the Sniffspot guest and community member, it is your responsibility to convey all of the rules to your guests and you are liable for their actions.
