🐾 Additional Rules for Edward Ave Fully Fenced Yard – Please Read Before Booking 1. Clean up after your dog – Waste bags are provided. Please dispose of waste in the designated bin before leaving. 2. No digging – Help us keep the yard safe and tidy by discouraging digging. 3. No aggressive dogs – For everyone’s safety, please do not bring dogs with known aggression issues. 4. Dogs must be supervised at all times – A responsible adult must be present with the dog(s) during the visit. 5. Limit of book dogs per visit – (Adjust based on what you’re comfortable with; most hosts say 2–4). 6. No smoking, alcohol, or glass containers on the property. 7. Leave the gate as you found it – Make sure it’s securely closed when you arrive and when you leave. 8. Please respect booking times – Arrive and leave within your reserved window to avoid overlap with other guests. 9. No off-leash humans – Just kidding… but please be respectful of the property and neighbors! 10. No loud music or excessive noise – This is a peaceful spot meant for pups to enjoy.

Enjoy the beauty of our 75 acre farm with your dog! Our walking path is approximately 6 ft wide and borders the exterior of our pasture-based farm. Most of the path has a 6 wire electric fence beside it for our cattle. There are two creeks with bridges that you can cross (with potential wet puddles). The entire farm is approximately a 35-40 minute walk depending on your pace, but you can always turn around for a shorter walk. Plenty of area for your dog to sniff and enjoy on a private walk! This sniffspot does require you to have your dog leashed at all times.
