IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Stunning 4 acre farm in whenuapai. Mostly dog proof fenced except for possible gaps around the turned over tree trunk in the left rear paddock. Please take care, I cannot guarantee an impenetrable fence! Gaps pop up constantly being a farm. There’s a lovely creek running through the property so great for dogs that love splashing in water. Available from 1pm weekdays and all day on weekends. **ROADWORKS**. From the 13th Jan 2026 my road will be closed for 6 weeks & can only be accessed from Mill Road, it will be marked residents only. Just drive through the road cones at the mill road roundabout ** Reduced operating hours: Our opening hours will be reduced for 2026 now that the horses have returned, allowing us time to enjoy the property as well, but please feel free to message me as we might be able to accommodate you still on blocked out days. A great location for both owners and dogs to unwind, featuring a creek bordered by native trees that have stood for centuries. There are park benches available for you to sit back and relax and a dedicated area for your dogs to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. The main big creek has water all year round. Notes for guests to be aware of: The bank next to the creek has several steep slopes that drop down to the water, so please exercise caution if you have children with you. Unfortunately we no longer provide a consistent supply of dog toys as they all go missing, sometimes the same day they are put out! There will be toys out on the odd occasion and we usually provide a good stack of sticks for dogs to enjoy but otherwise feel free to bring your dogs favourite toy with you 🙂 IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD.

Tucked away from busy suburbia your dog will get to fully unwind & breath in the country air while exploring our expansive 15acre farm. Swimming in the big river, paddling in the smaller streams & puddles, running free & taking in new smells. We have benches for you to sit on & unwind while watching your dog happily bounce around. As we are a farm our paddocks change from time to time & occasionally you might get to meet our friendly goats & cows or see our sheep grazing the nearby paddocks. Our farm offers gentle contour, wide open spaces, long grass to bounce in, tons of exciting smells & is fully deer fenced for safety. A hose is available to clean your dog off after their adventure at the front of the stables (dogs will need to be leashed, please let us know so we can turn water on for you), gated entry with a dog waste bin in each paddock. Note - you will still need some control of your dogs as the area is very large. PLEASE ONLY STAY IN PADDOCKS COLOURED BLUE, LILAC, HOT PINK, PURPLE. DO NOT ACCESS OTHER PADDOCKS - a map will be provided upon booking so please keep an eye out for it in your emails/messages. Please note there are other dogs living on the property but if you stick to sniffspot areas you won't have any issues as they are at the front of the property where house is & our dog park is at the back. Unfortunately we have learnt a past neighbour with a sniffspot in alfriston is being spiteful or maybe jealous since we opened up our spot & acting very childish - unfortunately nothing we can do about that.
