Horses and alpacas are fenced in separate from dog field when reserved. It's best you book for non-reactive or aggressive dogs as the horses and hosts can be seen in the corral area. 2 dogs allowed in this booking. Add more dogs in extras. 2 people per dog allowed in booking. Add more people in extras. No need to have a dog to rent out this spot and relax. Visit with the horses and alpacas or to have a private picnic. Message me for details on how to book in this situation so you are not over charged. Without dog booking: Just book 1 dog visit which pays for 3 people. Then pay for each additional person in the extras. First 3 people are included in booking. The only way I will cancel and refund a reservation is for rain, wind or any situation that may impact safety or damage to the area. I will give you as much notice as possible. My side yard is 90' deep and 120" long, running along a gravel road that deadends at the riverside drain next to the Bosque. Great size to pick up the ball chucker and give your canine a run for their money, if they are a ball chaser!! If not there is the smells of literally dozens of dogs over the years, as well as a light smattering of chicken poop smell, and residual odor from daytime sqirrels and nocturnal skunks. Only enough odor for dogs, not humans! There are 2 very mature hens penned up in the chicken yard during your vsit. For humans there are lawn chairs.
