Description

* Please note that prices are in USD because it’s an American based company that I’m using to post my property. Our fully fenced in spot established in Fall 2024 is very long and narrow, with a small hill at the very back. It’s a great spot for playing fetch, or if your pooch has the zoomies. One of my neighbours has trees along the West side of the fence, creating a lot of shade for your furbabies. The second neighbour has a tall fence up for privacy. There’s a picnic table available for you to use - this is where you’ll find extra poop bags and bug repellent, and also a small bistro set off to the side by the gate that you’re welcomed to sit at too. Help yourself to the dog treats on the picnic table, dog treats, and toys that are available in the purple bin, as well as the pile of sticks for fetch. Those things can be found along the back of my house. We have some agility equipment - an all seasons commercial fibreglass tunnel, and a big wooden spool with a wooden bench to walk along. Feel free to bring some kibble to toss in the pool noodle pool! It’s a great enrichment activity for your dog(s) - trying to search for the kibble through the pool noodle pieces. The pool noodle pool is available, weather permitting. There’s also fresh drinking water for your dog(s) with a hose nearby to refill the bowl, and a small garbage bin provided for any waste. Please note that there is a neighbour dog who is out in his fenced in yard. Also, I am able to put my chickens in the coop before you come. I am VERY open to suggestions or ideas to improve our spot via chat. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or ideas. We have Silkie chickens that stay in their fenced in area on the East side of the property. Nobody around here minds if your dogs bark at them. If you feel the chickens would be too distracting for your dog(s), please let me know and I can try and get them into the coop during your stay. Free wifi available ~ the password will be given when you book your visit. My goal is to have my setup better and better each time you come, so I welcome your feedback and suggestions! EXTRAS AVAILABLE (when you book these options Will he listed for you to choose) • Tennis ball pit • Dog pool (6’ diameter) • Dog bathing station (small) with shampoo and towel provided • Swing-set (children only) and basketball net • Waste management - we will pick up after your dog once you leave. • pig ear to chew on for the ride home. 2025 upgrades • updated gardens leading to entrance including new plants and edging everything • extended flagstone area in front of entrance gate • moved gate to a different angle to make it easier for visitors to enter • added a variety of different Hosta plants around entrance • added plain Hosta plants along the west side of the fence. They are just small pieces, but will grow in fuller each year! (Not fully done yet as I’ve run out of plants) • made use of the garden behind the picnic table • added self serve dog treats located on the picnic table. • added self serve bug spray

We have a huge wooden swing-set with tree fort attached, as well as a trampoline and basketball net for your kids to use if you add this extra. Adult supervision is required for this extra.

Dog bath7 credits

I have an outdoor dog bath tub to use if you want to wash your pup. I can provide the shampoo and one towel. You may use the hose to wash your pup only, unless you purchase the “hose access” extra.

Dog’s Dream - Tennis Ball Pit5 credits

Does your pooch love tennis balls? If so, then this extra is a must! I can set up a kiddie pool full of tennis balls for them to play in, search for kibble (you bring your own kibble), or you can throw the balls around the yard.

• Please pick up after your dogs and yourself, unless you’ve purchased the “waste removal” extra. We have environmentally friendly bags available as well. • You can put out your cigarettes on my patio and when they are cool I’d appreciate if you put them in the garbage that I’ll provide. • When you leave please make sure that the property is in the same condition it was in when you arrived. • Make sure that the gate remains closed both during and after your stay :) *** please note that there is no washroom available at this location, but there is a Tim Hortons just down the road (5 mins drive). ***
