Closed fenced spot for you and your pets to relax in a more private setting. 🌳🐶 Features: Patio and seating with optional sun umbrella. Manicured grass area, rocked side yard, tree and vegetation. Off street parking in clean well maintained neighborhood. Separate side entrance. Front has water spout if you need to refill water before entering area or before you head out. Trash bin at side entrance. Options: Excellent neighborhood to take for a walk Picnic area Study area Private meet and greets Play time in grass, tree/dirt terrain, rocked areas. Travelers seeking privacy for pets Note: Sometimes dog bags and hand sanitizer will be available and be found on Patio area. Please dispose of waste properly and be kind to take only what you use/leave baggies for other guests. Due to sanitary and diet reasons we do not provide toys or treats, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. No public restrooms.

Please pick up before you leave. Trash available at entrance and we don't want you to forget any of your items. Please do not disturb the resident. There is no public bathroom at this location. There is a separate gate to access backyard. Please use this side gate and close it fully. Please turn off faucet after use and only to fill containers. No direct pet drinking from side faucet. No pets that have prior history of violence or biting incidents.

Our backyard is very well maintained, approximately a half an acre of fenced yard. Due to some maintenance done to the property, the lawn was reseeded. There are patches but we have reseeded those areas as well. It will take a few weeks for the new growth. We provide several seating areas for our guests with umbrellas. However, you may need to wear a sun hat to help with additional shading. We provide potty bags and a garbage can for disposal. Water provided to dogs and minimal toys.
