Description

Nestled beside the Francis Marion National Forest, this large, serene property in Berkeley County, SC offers plenty of space for your pup to run and play. Enjoy complete privacy. Situated down a private driveway, there are no other homes or people nearby - just you, your pup and nature. Some additional highlights: ✔️The property is located 10 minutes from the beach (Lake Moultrie). ✔️Moncks Corner is 15-20 minutes away ✔️St. Stephen is 20 minutes away ✔️Summerville is 30 minutes away ✔️Charleston (West Ashley/Downtown) is 50-60 minutes away ✔️Restaurants are located within 10 minutes of the property.

HOST NOTE

During the summertime, please pay attention to your surroundings, particularly the ground. Snakes are not an uncommon sight. Please do not get too close to the pond, especially if you cannot swim. Swimming is not allowed. You may see turtles on the property. We suggest you do not pick them up. Some of them are snapping turtles and may bite you. Do not attempt to feed any wildlife you may stumble upon - that includes deer, rabbits, turkeys, fox, etc. Stay a safe distance. During the summer months, the bugs (Ex: mosquitoes, tics, etc) can be bad. We recommend taking advantage of the complimentary bug spray that we will put on the picnic table behind the shed. The rays from the sun are strong. We encourage guests to take advantage of our complimentary sunscreen. NOTE: To ensure the safety of our property and guests, we do have several security cameras in front of the house, behind the house and near the shed. They will never invade your personal space.

Welcome to Campbell Manor! This property has caught the attention of Hollywood film crews several times, so we figured if they find it intriguing, well, pups will certainly LOVE it. If you want to temporarily escape the hustle and bustle of city life, this place will be your sanctuary. You and your pup will enjoy what we like to call our 13-acre “nature preserve.” With plenty of room to roam and explore, our property offers ultimate privacy and tranquility. You’ll forget about the outside world while here. Don’t be surprised, though, if you spot a deer, turkey, turtles, etc. as you and your pup play. Our 1-acre, gator-free pond is stocked with plenty of fish. If you’re lucky, you may see our friendly Bald Eagle that likes to hover in the trees above the pond. Occasionally, an otter will visit or his close friends: Mr. Duck, Mr. Goose and Mr. Crane. In addition to walking this peaceful paradise equipped with plenty of parking, we offer complimentary: ✔️Dog treats ✔️2 adult bicycles* (to ride around the property) ✔️Tennis balls/Frisbee* ✔️Bottled water ✔️Dog bowls with water ✔️Multiple spots to sit (Ex: picnic table, bench) ✔️Trash cans ✔️Hand sanitizer ✔️Dog first aid kit* ✔️Dog bags ✔️Dog towels* ✔️Bug Spray* ✔️ Sunscreen* NOTE: Starred items must be returned to their original location after use. You will find these amenities behind our shed on the picnic table. A small portion of our property is fenced in. If you would also like to use that, just let me know in advance, so I can unlock it for you. With picturesque views and lots of room to sightsee, we feel confident your pup will enjoy its playtime here!

There is plenty of "Sniff, Run & Fun," it's Paws-itively going to be a good day! If you forgot Toy's, balls, chuck-it's, Frisbee, ropes, water, Bowl/Bucket, no problem, we got you covered!! Maybe even a treat or two or a tree bungee tug-n-pull or a fake fire hydrant, how about some agility? We have it all covered for you. There's plenty more provided as well, like hand sanitizer, spray disinfectant, paper-towel, rags, etc. Please check out some of our pics and be sure to schedule a visit. We are pretty sure you will agree. it's a lovely spot for you to OFF LEASH your baby(ies)!!! You can even take a load off and just sit & relax for a few, at the table, with chairs and umbrella, while the sniffers-sniff, runners-run, and players play We do ask, that you "PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR FURBABY(IES)" (Bags & trash can provided) After all, they don't have thumbs and are just going to be way to busy, with all the sniffing, exploring, running & playing. So, PLEASE handle this for them! We try to take pride in a clean, beautiful Dog Park. If you would like it clean when you come, then keep it going for the visitors after you!!
