Description

This is my own house and I bought it for the yard in hoping I’d have a dog someday, but with how busy I’m working, I decided to have cats instead. My backyard is fully fenced and I haven’t done anything special to it yet where I wouldn’t mind a dog running around enjoying itself if they have no spots nearby to run around freely at. You can use the garage for the outlets to plug anything in, and help yourself to any chairs.

There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. The back yard of my property is fully enclosed with minimum 5ft cedar fencing. Easy gated entry off the large parking pad.
