Description

2 acres of private space to enjoy with your family. Also a bed n breakfast with 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms, with a gym and 3 tanning beds. There’s Private parking, a 200 ft zipline over our creek, and a pool with a diving board. Very peaceful environment and minutes from the turnpike.

KEEP LEASHED AT ALL TIMES. Please pick up after your pups and dispose of trash in receptacles. No parties or glass bottles around pool or hot tub. No loud music or cookouts. No parking on the grass. Just enjoy the property with your pups and tell friends and family about it.

We have almost 16 acres, just 1 mile from Canonsburg & McMurray. We have 3 separate pastures fenced in. One is where we plant our gardens, one is large & fenced in (but not escape proof), and one is about 1/2 acre. This smaller one is secure (unless your dog is very small or will dig under a fence) If you want your dog to be off leash we will ask you to use the 1/2 acre back pasture which has cattle fencing (you will access using a secure gate). If you keep your dog on the leash you’re welcome to walk him or her anywhere in our other pastures or in our woods. Before you let your dog off the leash, please inspect my fencing to be sure your dog will not be able to get out. Two chairs and a table are provided for comfort. A first aid kit, poop bags and a trash can are available. Water bowls (filled with clean water) and dog toys/balls will be available and will be sanitized after every use. the yard is unfenced but has a tree house on property available for use from shelter of storm or sun. there is a public trail next door that leads to many ponds and a stream. Dogs can swim in the streams as there are many pockets. there is a field next door but it is not owned. plenty of space to run around. Dog toys included. there is a small man made pond with a water feature that allows small dogs to swim. I do have ducks but i will make sure to have put away in their coop. they will not be visible. please make sure to leave them alone and do not tamper with their coop!
