We live on 5 acres about 1 mile from Camp Bonneville. The Sniffspot is a 2 acre pasture with a fenced seasonal pond in the middle. Pasture is fenced with 4 foot field fence with electric wire at the top (not charged). Front fence borders on 68th St. Plenty of room to run and explore! Let's keep the pasture nice, please discourage digging and pick up after dog. My Border Collie and Mini Aussie will find your leavings (it's a large space, I understand things get missed, it helps to carry poo bags to minimize backtracking). For human exercise... 6 laps around perimeter fence is approx. 1 mile, 6 laps around pond fence is approx. 1/4 mile. If you're coming from Portland, the bridges and 4th Plain traffic can be challenging!

For deeper trail exploring after dark, we recommend collar lights for your pups and a headlamp or flashlight for you. • Seasonal Note (March–September): Baby bunnies may be nesting on the property. They’re usually well-hidden, but if your pup uncovers a nest, please cover it back up. If you see a baby wander out, gently place it back and redirect your dog. The bunnies have no scent, which helps protect them from predators, so dogs usually don’t notice them unless they spot movement. • Weather Reminder: Areas get muddy in rainy weather. We’ve added wood chips in many spots to help, but we recommend hiking boots 🥾 and dressing accordingly so you and your pup can fully enjoy your adventure. Conveniently located 2 minutes off of I-205 and 7 min off of I-5! This is a fully private space, separated from the residence yard. Fully fenced & recently added 360° privacy screen. The property is a flat field, with short grass, which makes for the perfect space for your dog(s) to run to their hearts desire! This is also an ideal spot for training, especially disengage/reengage recall. You can keep an eye on your pups from all areas. There is privacy from the main residence and the road. ** Please read spot specific rules when booking. ** If you are bringing a foster dog, feel free to reach out to me to receive a discount code! ** If you would like to book a reservation that exceeds an hour, or book for a larger party of dogs, feel free to message me and I will open the calendar up to allow you to do so! ** The table and umbrella are mainly to provide shade in the summer, but there won’t typically be dry seating when it is raining, although I do my best to dry it off between the rain. I would still advise to bring an umbrella when there is a chance of rain if you prefer to stay dry.
