Welcome to Your Pup’s Private Paradise! We’re so excited to share our fully fenced, extremely private backyard with you and your furry friend! To keep the space safe, clean, and fun for everyone, please take a moment to read our guest-friendly rules below. Dog & Human Guidelines • Supervision is a must: All dogs must be accompanied by their humans at all times. This is their playdate, and you’re the VIP chaperone! • Peaceful pups only, please: Dogs should be friendly and well-socialized. No aggressive behavior is allowed. • Healthy & happy: All visiting pups must be up-to-date on vaccinations and on a flea/tick prevention program. • Leashes on until you’re in: Keep your dog leashed until inside the fenced area, then—let the zoomies begin! Clean-Up & Courtesy • Pick up the poop: Please clean up after your pup. We’ve got poop bags and a waste bin ready for you! • No digging zones: We’d love to keep the yard beautiful—if your pup starts digging, please gently redirect them. • Wipe those paws: If it’s been rainy or muddy, feel free to use the towels we provide near the gate. Please NO DOGS on the outdoor couch we have. Booking Basics • Stick to your time slot: Arrive and leave on time to avoid overlapping with other guests. • Running late? Just shoot us a message—we totally get it, life happens! • Children are welcome too! Just keep an eye on them and make sure they’re respectful of the space. A Few More Things • No drop-offs or unattended dogs. Sniffspot is all about shared joy—so stick around and enjoy it with your pup! • No food or treats on the property. We want to avoid any food scuffles or allergy surprises. • No smoking or fires. I will provide poop bags, trash, water and a water bowl as well! Spot will be unavailable on most work days due to working schedules and wanting to ensure your sniff time is perfect! Please excuse any wasp/hornet preventing measures being taken (decoy wasp nests, peppermint spray, etc.). All measures will be 100% dog/animal friendly. We want to ensure all guests have a pest free visit!

Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction!
