Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. We also have a kiddy pool with real grass for them to sit, eat, etc. we can remove it from yard upon request. Dog bags are provided if they go potty. All we ask is you tie the bag and place on top of brown box. We will dispose. You can bring anything for your pup that you wish and we can provide anything you may need. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate requests. Yard is professionally cleaned every six months by Tom’s Turf and disinfected daily by homeowner. We decided to offer our yard on Sniffspot to provide other dogs and their humans a place to play and feel safe. We once had no yard and dog parks were not always an option.

We built our house not too long ago. Our dogs love the backyard, and I hope your dogs love it as much. They can run up and down the stairs if they want. I have the blinds closed upstairs when Sniff Spot is in session. You can also park along the sidewalk that leads to the gate. I have toys and fresh water. and water bottles in a cooler for the parents. I provide wipes and hand sanitizer as well. Lastly, some relaxing music with some comfy chairs........ We did get flooded on the first floor due to the hurricane, so we are getting back to being done, outside some minor construction work.
