Description

Private fenced back yard. Pesticide and chemical free! Locked gate. Street parking or driveway depending on time/availability. Please note we don't provide public restroom and space is good for one mid size dog and two smaller dogs at a time.

Hazards

Neighbor has dogs and we'll need to be aware and keep guest dogs on leash at all times prior to entering the back yard.

No alcohol drinking or any other types of intoxicating substances are allowed on premises. If you smoke regular cigarettes please let us know and we'll provide an ash tray. No more than one person is to be present with dog/s. Dog owner must clean up after their dog.

Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). Our spot is a private fenced in rooftop that is approximately 500 square feet in East Williamsburg. Enjoy comfy couches, a hammock chair, tables and WiFi during your stay. We provide dog toys, water, treats and a shaded dog bed. Everyone and every pup is welcome here! Keep in mind the rooftop gets full sun on sunny days. There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t shade the whole space. Accessibility: It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. The building does not have an elevator. We live 1 flight down and love dogs! We have a 10 year old Pittie mix named Cocoa. She loves all humans, but not so much dogs, so she’ll stay in our apartment during your rental.
