Description

Our little slice of the pie that we would like to share. In spring the very back gets kind of muddy but we have a hose and towels. I. The summer I can add a kiddie pool there is also a koi pond (not for swimming) for the adults to sit and enjoy along with a big deck with patio furniture. The yard is fenced with dogs on the other side of all of them. 4 dogs on site but will be kept indoors while you are here. In the summer the yard is sprayed for mosquitos and fleas/ticks.

Please pick up after your dogs. I will have all the poop scooped from my own before you get here. Please do not let them I. The koi pond during the summer.

The property is mostly wooded with some open field areas. There’s a trail system that is manicured and maintained as best as possible, but it’s not perfect, yet! The pond is a duck pond, my dogs will go in around the edges but rarely swim. I personally don’t like it but dogs will be dogs. There are domestic ducks who can out swim the dogs but please ensure they’re not chased on land. There are trash cans randomly and picnic tables scattered throughout- More will continue to be added. WiFi is currently being connected and should available throughout the property and trails. Pathway lights will be added. The trails can lead you to the highway border- It is fenced, there’s two spots along the trails to lower the fence and cross over and access the rest stop bathroom, vending machines, etc.

At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you.
