IMPORTANT: at this time prices can only be listed in USD so fees will be charged in USD until CAD has a made available. CURRENTLY CLOSED while we undergo a new build. We feel the heavy machinery, large crews and power tools would not be conducive to a comfortable experience. Planning on reopening in the summer. Welcome to Southview House in the Trent River Estates! Let your doggo run completely free in our half acre fully fenced, natural grounds on a 1.25 acre modern, eco homestead in rural Royston. We use no pesticides, sprays or fertilizers as our lawn is wild and bee and butterfly friendly. Bunnies, raccoons and local kitties (sometimes bears and cougars) roam at night so there will be lots to smell! Large trees for shade and sniffing around in, rugged romping areas, fresh filtered drinking water, small toys (ball, frisbee etc.), digging area, clean up bags and waste basket, doggy rinse area, and of course all natural treats! We often have eagles flying overhead with song birds and even blue herons. There is seating in the shade or sun for humans and private gated entrance at the side of the house with parking. Blackberry bushes in the long grass. Please watch for eagles and hawks if you have a very small doggy. Wild mushrooms may grow under the large evergreens. We do our best to remove these but please know they can pop up.

Additional rules

Please do not let dogs roam or dig in the vegetable or herb gardens. The doggy dig spot is next to the garden shed. Please limit barking as much as possible in consideration of the neighbours. Please pick up after your dog with the bags provided. Please note the doggy shower is unavailable in winter due to freezing and is cold water only. Please text 778-585-2525 if you need anything! (messages sent through the sniff spot messenger may not be received).

OUR SNIFFSPOT IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. We are beginning a new build on our property with heavy machinery and large crews. Once construction is complete we expect to reopen late spring/early summer. Hi! We are Darya, Jordan and Isaac and we value nontoxic, clean living on our modern little homestead in Royston. We have two indoor kitties, Arlo and Poncho, and an Automower named Gilbert. We live in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood that has a rural feel but is just a few minutes from town - be sure to wave to the neighbours on your way in or out! We work from home in our modern, little, eco studio designing and fabricating jewelry, which is open for browsing, if you like. niyiem.ca
