“This Sniffspot includes a private culvert zone where dogs can sniff, climb, and explore nature! It’s an off-leash adventure perfect for dogs that love discovery. The culvert is usually dry but may hold water after rain — so bring a towel just in case!” 🛡️ Sniffspot Rules 🏡 Property Access & Boundaries Guests may use the culvert area at their own risk. The culvert is part of the adventure zone and is open for exploration, sniffing, and play — but please be cautious of footing, wildlife, and terrain. Stay within the marked Sniffspot zone. All other areas, including the house, porch, garage, or fenced-off spaces, are private and off-limits. Use only the designated guest entrance and parking area. (Park in front of house and enter on the right between the houses) 🐶 Dog Behavior & Safety Dogs must be under supervision at all times. No unattended dogs are allowed on the property. Dogs may explore the culvert but must be under control. Some areas may be slippery or uneven. Be mindful of your dog’s safety. No aggressive dogs or dogs with a history of biting. This is a private space meant for safe recreation. No swimming, drinking, or digging in standing water. Please avoid water contact if present in the culvert area. No excessive barking or chasing wildlife. Keep the environment peaceful for neighbors and native animals. 🚫 Prohibited Activities No smoking, alcohol, drugs, or open flames. This is for safety and cleanliness. No camping, overnight stays, or gatherings. This space is for short dog-friendly visits only. No professional training or group sessions without permission. Personal use only unless otherwise arranged. 🧼 Cleanliness & Courtesy Pick up all dog waste — including in the culvert area. Bring your own trash bags Do not leave food, trash, or toys behind. Help keep the space safe and clean for the next guest. ⚠️ Liability & Safety The culvert area is natural terrain and may contain water, brush, or wildlife. By using it, you accept full responsibility for yourself and your dog’s safety. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog. Please prevent digging, destruction of plants, or damage to the property. Breaking these rules may result in a permanent ban without refund. This is private property. Respect is expected and appreciated please text for reservation. At times we also have baked goods available for purchase.

Hi, A green post will mark the end of the driveway. The designated dog area is fully fenced. Once on the property, you can close the gate to enclose the space entirely. Once you have passed the gate, please park to the right in the field along the fence line anywhere you like. Please note that our neighbors may occasionally have horses on their adjacent properties. Additionally, while rare, a small alligator has been spotted in the pond. So be mindful. The home at the back of the property is currently rented and not part of the available roaming space. While it may be visible, it is separated by a tree line and fence. We live off-site in Clermont. You're welcome to explore the entire property, other than the area where the house is located. There is a large open field with a pond, and the side of the property to the right after entering also has some trails available. The map provided outlines the designated area for roaming.

Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more. Don’t wear your best clothes! Again, this is a farm. Enjoy! Will & Christine P.S. We have a Little Library. Bring a book or two to swap.

It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun.
