Description

AMENITIES; 1. Property is located six(6) miles from downtown Atlanta, just off Interstate I-20 in Dekalb county. 2. Back yard is 50' x 76' wide. 3. Quiet neighborhood. 4. Swing set and picnic table for dog owner to chill on. 5. Horseshoe and Cornhole set to play on. 6. Areas with hazardous materials are treated with yard odor eliminator(pet friendly). 7. Couples are welcomed. 8. Local birds and squirrels visit regularly.(plenty of scents for your dog to pick up on). 9. Parking available in driveway. 10. Dog waste trash bags available on site. 11. Feel free to bring your pet's favorite toys. RULES; 1. No more than (2) two persons and or (2) dogs can occupy space at a time. 2. Space can be rented for up to (2) two hours at a time. 3. Person renting the space must be the owner of the dog. 4. Dogs are the only pets allowed. 5. No excessive loud noises, profanity, or music while visiting. 6. Back deck is not accessible to dog owner. RESTRICTIONS; 1. Homeowner may or may not be home during visit and may occupy back deck during visit and will not disrupt dog owner during visit. 2. Cleaning fee may be imposed if trash or dog waste is not collected upon departure.

There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself.
