the yard is unfenced but has a tree house on property available for use from shelter of storm or sun. there is a public trail next door that leads to many ponds and a stream. Dogs can swim in the streams as there are many pockets. there is a field next door but it is not owned. plenty of space to run around. Dog toys included. there is a small man made pond with a water feature that allows small dogs to swim. I do have ducks but i will make sure to have put away in their coop. they will not be visible. please make sure to leave them alone and do not tamper with their coop!

Acres of open fields, trails through the woods, and a lovely valley with a stream meandering through are all that await you and your four legged friends!
