Beautiful 7 acre horse farm. Dog areas include fenced backyard leading out to large pastures. Perimeter fully fenced with wire. Kiddie pool and water provided for your dog. If your dog loves to run and explore this is paradise!

There might be an occasional pile of horse manure. We try to keep the pasture free of any manure during Sniffspot visits but it is a farm and sometimes some might be missed. The pasture is used by the horses.

Additional rules

When you arrive, please go to the walkway at the left end of the house between the house and shed to the gate to the backyard and come on in. If you are a new visitor, I will be there to say hello. Please remember to close and chain the big gate to the pastures upon leaving. It can be left open while you visit. Also, please make sure the gate to the backyard is closed at all times! Thank you 😊 We do not allow visits after dark due to the fact that we do not have lights for the backyard or pasture areas. Thank you!

I have owned my farm for 33 years here in Downingtown. I am a retired corporate event planner. I love animals of all kinds! All of my dogs are rescues and they are the best!! The backyard and pastures are a wonderful place to run and play with your dogs! It is wide open with trees on one side. I would love to share this beautiful spot with other dog lovers💕
