Welcome to Red Bird Acres, a peaceful country property where birds sing, chickens roam, and tails wag! Nestled on spacious land surrounded by nature, Red Bird Acres is lending its open fields and fresh air for private dog rentals — giving your pup the perfect place to run, play, and explore off-leash. Named after the vibrant cardinals and flocks of feathered friends that call it home, Red Bird Acres offers a safe, non-fenced environment where dogs can enjoy the outdoors freely, away from the chaos of public parks. Whether your dog needs exercise, social time, or just a change of scenery, Red Bird Acres is a slice of doggy heaven waiting to be explored. If you spot a Red Bird, just remember, your loved one is watching. Cold drinks in the pool side fridge for you to enjoy. We have our own dogs that are inside, so don’t worry, your pup is fine 💜🐾 Please message an hour before booking to use pool. We are usually away from the house. We hope to host you soon!

Chickens in the barn. They will be fenced in, but are shy to dogs. We have 4 dogs that will be inside during your visit. We also have a barn cat that roams the property. He minds his own business and typically won’t bother you. We moved to Fairland around 4 years ago and are enjoying our forever home in 13 years. We are currently raising our five children. We have 3 boys and 2 girls. We currently have 4 dogs, a barn cat, 4 chickens, a rooster, & of course our bird friends. We hope you and your pup(s) enjoy our property as much as we do. ❤️

The only Sniffspot with an indoor room in all of Indiana! With A/C! I work at a local shelter and i started this spot to help our shelter dogs who need a break from the shelter, have a place to go enjoy time with their humans besties or dogs who don’t have yards and/or can’t enjoy public dog parks. 2 people per dog max. (exceptions for adoption meet n greets, and families only). Message me with questions how to add more people if needed. Our air conditioned Indoor space is ready for fun. My backyard dog park is filled with water fun, toys, obstacles, and more fun than you’ll find anywhere else. -my neighbors do have dogs but there is a big distance and privacy fence in between my yard and there’s and it hasn’t seem to disturb my guests and their (reactive) dogs much at all yet. She often puts them away if they get too much. -full privacy fence -yard obstacles like tires, kiddie pools, A-frame, jolly balls, tree hanging tug toy, and more for your dog to enjoy playing in, on and around. -A bucket of toys of all size, age and destruction levels. -endless tennis balls -towels -multiple kiddie pools. -multiple raised cots for your pup to relax or train on. -accessible water hose -SPLASH PAD -plenty of doggie bags at your disposal -A water dispenser and cups. -This spot is dedicated to my soul mate Tucker who crossed over the rainbow bridge way too early. This would’ve been his dream yard.🐾🌈 At Tuckers Wish we are always changing and improving our spot. We always appreciate any feedback on how we can improve your visits and make you want to come back. So please don't ever hesitate to reach out. Tucker was one of the friendliest and most social dogs you would have ever met. He would've loved to meet every single one of you. So i want this spot to alway make you feel welcome the way he made everyone feel when you met him.
