Description

Not too small and not too big fully fenced in private yard. The grass is not growing this year after multiple attempts of seeding. On rainy days or right after the rain it is muddy. You may see some wildlife, squirrels, birds, rabbits, chipmunks. There is mulch and sticks around. If your dog is an eater of these things you'll have to watch. It's very shady, perfect for the hot days. A train goes by a few times a day. Not any specific times. It's small dog safe.

Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. A lot of the time I am done early so you can always message me and we can see if it’s available. Any questions just ask :)
