Vacant parcel lot, ..this is in a forest neighborhood meaning there are homes on the street but each home is on a 5 acre parcel. A house to the east where the fence is, has a sweet golden lab who stays to his own and doesn't run the fence line or even acknowledge anyone, but his owners if they are out. The road is a very quiet road occasionally seeing a car from the home owners, that drives very slowly. Occasionally will see a neighbor walking dogs, may see a a neighbor riding their horses, may see elk/deer. *Note there is one neighbor that's further down the road that we have seen let his dogs run off leash, he has about 5 loud dogs and that's out of our control, he is a nice man but it's frustrating when the dogs come by..so just be attentive. We Are in the process of building. we will update the spot as we build, as of now the footer has been poured with concrete, with tall Steele beams that are secured. We still would like everyone off the pad for safety, thank you

VERY quite street! Each property is spread out pretty well between each other. Some neighbors may walk their dogs (rarely see them) and some ride horses .
