Backyard Playtime in Bedford!

Our yard includes sun protection, camping chairs for dog parents, water bowls for dogs, and tons of things to sniff! Your dogs can enjoy exploring our fully fenced in yard and sniffing around our large tree, shed, and car port (no car parked there). We live in a great neighborhood so there's is traffic across the street but you won't have disruptions from neighbors and this spot. The photos show the yard throughout different seasons!

Bear's Creek 13 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Arrington

Beautiful isolated 13-acre spot in the country. There is a clear, well-maintained marked trail through the woods to an area with springs, a stream, and a watershed. Moving on down the 1/4 mile driveway past the house is a path down to the Tye River that has a nice-sized riverbank (beach) for romping and water splashing. Swimming dogs can venture onto the rocks to explore the river. Those who want to exercise can hike up/down the stream, climb big rocks, and climb other obstacles. This highly wooded area has lots to explore “off path” and on path, so you can never experience everything in one visit. This is heaven for dogs and for those who prefer a challenging exploration vs a standard field or yard to explore. The walk to the stream/springs/watershed is a beautiful, relatively easy walk. The river walk, while there is a trail, is pretty steep and rocky, and it's a good workout to get back up. The river walk is a good workout if you’re interested in getting into shape! You can also choose the path to the watershed, which is much easier. Join us at Bear’s Creek for an adventure your dog will thank you for! Rules for the river: Low tide, all are welcome. High tide, swimmers only, or dogs with excellent recall. Raging River, closed to all. It’s the perfect chill spot for dog parents—sip your coffee, read your book, or just relax while your dog lives their best life. The space spans 1.5 acres, filled with open areas for fetch, zoomies, and more. And don’t worry, I’ve got you covered with dog poop clean-up bags and hand sanitizer, so we can all keep things nice and tidy. There are a few toys on the property for extra fun, but if your pup has a favorite, feel free to bring it along! Please remember to clean up after your pup—because clean paws and happy tails make for a better experience for everyone. Trash bins are provided for your convenience, and I promise, your dog will thank you with extra tail wags. Whether your dog is an adventurer, a sprinter, or just loves to sniff every inch of the place, they’re sure to have a paws-itively great time here at Bella’s Play Haven. When it rains, there is a stream that runs through. There are many paths cut through the woods for your dog to explore. The borders of the property are well marked by orange ribbons except for the road frontage. .
