Description

3 acres of serenity! Large clean pond dyed blue surrounded by a hill with play space behind all sides! Flat grass areas for playing too, dog toys throughout the yard for pups to find as they go! Gravel turnaround driveway allows for easy access. The yard is surrounded by fields so it’s nothing but bird chirping and wild life noises out here!

There is a goat pen that is not being used, it’s not in the best condition currently so please use caution around there. Rabbits also frequently poop in the yard so be on the lookout if your pup eats rabbit poop! This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water No lifeguard on duty. We are not responsible for accidents. The water does have fish!

By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. We have 3 pups orselves that will be kept inside and away from the yard but are available to play depending on your preference. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off.
