We are blessed and delighted to share our "spot" with you. Tranquil 21 acres. Easy to find. Located off a quiet "No outlet" road. Property is half wooded with trails, half pasture. Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn. This is a fenced in areas where my dogs go. There are squirrels that will play with the dogs. They will tease the dogs. Lots of smells. Of course no dogs would be allowed when visiting, fresh water and a dog house which they can check out. There is a deck which they can explore under also. Large tree full of Squirrels. Picnic table to sit and have picnic while your dog explores. Dog toys and treats.

We will open back up when the weather is nicer. Each time we clean up we get another storm. Check back in March. You will have 8 acres fenced in to roam. Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are inside the carport. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport. Fence: The fence is four feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see snakes, rabbits, deer, and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. * We see hawks occasionally. Please watch your little dogs* Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. ** Watch out for fire ant hills** Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl. There should be at least one small water bowl in the carport as well.
