Description

It's a small about 1/4 acre of land in my back yard that's not being used for anything. I was going to start a garden on it but don't currently have the time and can afford to rent it out for a little while. I do have chickens on the other side of the yard however, so even if your animal can't control themselves they'll need to be trained enough to not go for them per command. I say this as my dog ruby will go for them unless I say otherwise. Also my dogs are in the front yard. If you wish to rent out the front yard it'll be $15 an hour instead of $4 an hour as I will have to put my dogs up in the bathroom. Additional rules

The $4 Rental space is all the way in the back, you will have to walk down the drive way and hang a Right hand turnt to knoc 9k on7 my back door, so please text at minimum a head of time. We're out in the country but it's also a small rural area with a bit of woods in the back. The $15 rental space is fenced in but requires me to relocate my dogs as they're not friendly with others. The front yard is less stress for your pal to run around in but it can only be rented out min 1hr max 4hrs.

We ask that you enter through our gated entry and sit in our covered and uncovered space as your dog enjoys the space. We offer water station but recommend you provide your own bowl.
