• Rule #1: PICK UP AND DISPOSE OF YOUR PET'S WASTE. Being a non profit dog park, we rely on you to pick up after your dog and dispose of their waste, we have multiple trash cans on site that are also available for your use. • Rule #2: KNOW YOUR PET'S LIMITS. If you know that your dog does not get along with others, or has a tendency to be violent then please refrain from bringing your dog to the park. • Rule #3: VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED. In order to have access to the park your dog must have their vaccinations, and dogs in heat are not welcome for the duration of this time period.

Finger Lakes Dog Park is a privately reservable, fully-fenced, half acre canine recreation area. We enthusiastically welcome ALL dogs, but the private nature of the park is especially beneficial for reactive or shy dogs, traveling dogs, handicapped dogs, puppies, or seniors. We are the first and only dog park in Schuyler County, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region. Come enjoy our secret sanctuary sniffspot!! We have just over 11 beautiful, unfenced acres located in North Lansing. There is a ton of off street parking, plenty of nicely mowed yard to run and play, berry bushes, roses, fruit trees and more. Scenic, shady trails are mowed through the large untamed field that spans the back of the property. Because the field is in it's natural mid-growth succession, it hosts a wide variety of plant and animal diversity. If you're also a birder like me, be sure to bring your camera!

Fun in Freeville - 5.5 Acre Trail
Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Trail Edition! A short trail for your dog that likes to explore the woods. There is a fire pit about 100 yards in with seating and some natural doggy obstacles for those interested in agility and parkour exercises. We currently have one open trail that runs the length of our 5.5 acre property and back, and we hope to add more this spring. Our favorite times to walk this trail are in the fall and winter. It can get pretty wet during certain times of the year. I would definitely wear tall waterproof footwear in the spring and summer and use bug spray. There's a large fire pit with benches and a picnic table that you're welcome to use. We are doing our best to maintain and further develop the trail but please be aware that there is uneven ground throughout and watch your step. As you walk through, you will encounter different types of forest and trees. It's always fun to bring binoculars if you're into birding. You might get lucky and see our resident barred owls!
